Delivery Return and Exchange


Your orders placed in our online store are delivered to you with the assurance of Aras and PTT Cargo.

Your order will be delivered to cargo within 24 hours. After receiving your order, it will notify you via SMS and deliver it to your address within 1-4 business days, depending on your region.

Please note that deliveries in mobile areas may take slightly longer. Since cargo companies do not work during public holidays and holidays, your delivery will be made within the first business day.

Even if you choose other cargo companies to villages and mobile areas, delivery is made by PTT cargo.


In the product you purchased; The product must not have lost its ability to be resold and must not have been used. It is mandatory to present an invoice for exchange and return transactions. Exchange and return requests can be made within 3 business days from the date you receive them. You can return or exchange within 14 days from your order date.

You must send the product(s) you want to exchange via our contracted cargo company , Ptt cargo and Aras cargo . You can create your exchange order after the cargo you sent reaches us. In order for us to find your exchange cargo easily, you are kindly requested to write your name, surname and phone number during the cargo shipment. Please keep the receipt given to you by the cargo until your return or exchange is made.

Will I pay the exchange and return shipping costs?

Your returns and exchanges are free of charge.

-Our return process for online payments is 1-7 business days from the date the product reaches our company.

The Cash on Delivery Service Fee collected for your Cash on Delivery orders that you pay to deliver the products to you is not refundable as it is collected by the cargo company.

    When your order is delivered to your address by the cargo officer, be sure to check the outer package for damage before receiving the product and prepare a "Due Detection Report" as soon as you see any damage. In case of any damage you notice after the delivery of the order, you must immediately contact the relevant cargo branch and ask them to prepare a "Due Determination Report". If the cargo branch does not assist you in this matter, please inform us as soon as possible.

    When you send the damaged product to our address together with the Damage Assessment Report, your product exchange or return process will be completed quickly and you will be informed about it.
