The exchange or return period for the products you purchased from dressdelisi.com.tr is 14 days from the moment you place your order, provided that they are unused.

After sending your product/products for exchange or return, your shipment reaches us and receives acceptance confirmation, and then the review is initiated. If the product(s) you send are unused, undamaged and properly packaged, your money will be refunded based on your exchange or payment method.

If you made your payment by debit/credit card, your refund will be returned within 1-7 business days after your refund is approved by our refund team.

If you paid with the cash on delivery option, your money will be refunded to the IBAN number you provide to us within 1-7 business days. The IBAN number you provide to us must be accurate, complete and have the same surname as the person who placed the order.
