After choosing the size of each product you order, the estimated delivery time is 24 hours. Once your order is delivered to cargo, it will be delivered to you by the cargo company within 1 to 4 business days.

Delivery to Villages and Mobile Areas

Delivery to villages and mobile areas is made by PTT cargo. It is delivered within 1-8 business days.

Even if you choose other cargo companies to villages and mobile areas, delivery is made by PTT cargo.

Shipping is free for exchanges and returns.

The exchange or return period for the products you purchased from dressdelisi.com.tr is 14 days from the moment you place your order, provided that they are unused.

For exchange or return transactions, you must send it via the cargo company we have an agreement with.

When you return a product, your money will be refunded within 1-7 business days, depending on your payment method, after receiving approval from the product inspection.

After sending your product/products for exchange or return, your shipment reaches us and receives acceptance confirmation, and then the review is initiated. If the product(s) you send are unused, undamaged and properly packaged, your money will be refunded based on your exchange or payment method.

If you made your payment by debit/credit card, your refund will be returned within 1-7 business days after your refund is approved by our refund team.

If you paid with the cash on delivery option, your money will be refunded to the IBAN number you provide to us within 1-7 business days. The IBAN number you provide to us must be accurate, complete and have the same surname as the person who placed the order. The amount charged by the cargo company as payment at the door is not refundable.
